Surfing Lessons
Maui offers lessons at far-less intimidating surf spots in West Maui and South Maui at beaches in Kaanapali, Lahaina and Kihei. The gradual slope of the ocean contour at these spots make for a gently breaking wave perfect for getting you up and going. Most surf schools on Maui will guarantee that you'll be able to stand up on your first lesson. Many will also rent you a board if you want to try surfing by yourself.
Maui Ocean Center
Take the kids to explore the fascinating insight into the diverse Pacific Ocean. Explore more than 60 exhibits, including touch pools, an underwater viewing tunnel and a 750,000-gallon open exhibit where sharks swim alongside grateful rays and giant amberjacks.
Atlantis Submarines
Dive 100 feet below the surface and experience Maui's marine mysteries. All aboard a high-tech 48 passenger submarine and feast your eyes on natural coral reefs, fish, and other marine line in air-conditioned comfort and safety.
Old Lahaina Luau
If you are wanting an evening of authentic Hawaiian Luau, look no further! The Old Lahaina Luau presents an evening of traditional Hawaiian cuisine, music, cultural dance and demonstrations... not to mention a beautiful ocean view and sunset.
